Huge sprawling space for major events The Bartlett Ballroom resides with the Cadillac Ranch dance club, and Sam Houston's Charhouse, offering delicious, fire-roasted rotisserie chicken, char-grilled steaks, chops, burgers, sandwiches as well as Southwestern specialties and pasta dishes. The entire facility is located on a hilltop, surrounded by trees and open spaces, with seven acres of free parking.
